Pick-Up-Type Motor-Driven Spindle:
Connecting the rotor directly to the spindle assures a very high dynamics owing
to reduced masses and high torque. This steady and backlash-free spindle can
work as C axis driven by the spindle motor to grant an accuracy in seconds of
degree and a high positioning rigidity.

Turning Station:
Flexible arrangement of 2 or 3 toolholders by T-grooves.

HF Wheel Spindles: The O.D. wheel spindle is mounted on an
independent axis in order to allow the simultaneous grinding of O.D. and I.D.

CNC: The machine is provided with the last generation of
digital CNCs and the axis movements are controlled by linear scales or rotary
encoders.

HF Dressing Spindle: The dressing spindle mounted on the
workhead ensures a very stable dressing process.

Measure: Cmk/Cpk analysis can be made by a Statistical
Process Control Systems measuring workpiece dimensions every 20/30 parts and
correcting any errors automatically.

Automation: The pick-up-type spindle performs loading and
unloading. In addition to the belt conveyor, a gantry loader with shuttle and
angular workpiece positioning can be supplied.
