Franz Frei,  President and Chairman
Franz Frei  Franz Frei is the founder and president of GTI, so there is little at the company he is NOT responsible for. But Franz focuses on a few key areas. First, he constantly fosters strong relations with existing and future manufacturers and is often making important visits to insure the smooth operation of their business with GTI. Second, Franz looks for new and complimentary ventures for GTI to guarantee the continuous growth of the company and diversify its already strong business base. One example of this is GTI’s sister company, GTI Spindle, based in New Hampshire, which Franz co-founded. Internally at GTI, he watches over the health of the business and helps employees bring out their best every day. Franz most enjoys meeting people, motivating people, selling, and organizing, tasks he gets to do every day at GTI.

Ernest works closely with the engineers when a machine is being prepared for shipping, making sure they are clean and properly disassembled for careful packaging.
