Gioria is ready for your largest
rotary grinding application with bed lengths up to 10 meters.
Gioria specializes in large cylindrical grinding machines in
either an economical hydraulic configuration or with today's
most advanced CNC controls .
The CNC controlled 160 series is available in four models that
cover a grinding length ranging from 600 mm to 10000 mm (32.8
ft) with a maximum weight capacity of 8000 Kg. (17,600 lbs).
The 150 series is mainly focused on the grinding of rolling mill rolls
of any dimension. This series features a dedicated micrometric device
suitable for grinding rolls having concave or convex surfaces. The 150 series
has a maximum workpiece weight capacity of 15,000 Kg (33,000 lbs).
In almost thirty years, Gioria has sold over a thousand grinders worldwide,
meeting the most demanding production requirements.
